**Responsabilidades**:- Resuelve consultas básicas de clientes relacionadas con autorizaciones, devoluciones y envíos dañados o perdidos, con orientación.- Busca orientación del jefe, supervisor y/o gerente según corresponda para determinar los próximos pasos en resolución del problema.- Enlace corporativo: fundamental para el establecimiento de relaciones de trabajo efectivas entre otros departamentos y servicio al cliente, lo que resulta en resolución eficaz y oportuna de problemas para clientes- Identifica áreas potenciales de riesgo o fugas y las escala a la gerencia.Conocimiento Técnico y Habilidades requeridas:- Atención al cliente.- Mycis e intranet.- Proceso de RMA (desde la emisión de número de autorización mediante tramitación de crédito a cuenta del cliente).- Microsoft Office.Requerimientos:- 2 -4 años de experiência previa. Grado de bachiller.- Trabaja en problemas de alcance limitado.
