Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:**This position reports to**:EL Customer Operations Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Ensure commission rule engine is delivering the required output/outcome. Provide further development guidance as needed when the business drives change, new businesses join the platform.- Ensure data sets are flowing into the process tools in a timely and high-quality manner. Tools such as Callidus, QlikView, Power BI, etc. are all dependent on timely accurate data.- Work with appropriate support teams to understand how data flows from business ERP’s into data lakes, access the data and support needed to drive consistent capability and timely accurate data flows.- Support commission processing owners with technical or functional support/redundancy. Trouble shoot reporting and/or calculation issues that arise from the process.- Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency. Assists the divisions in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.- Act as key player in the business reference teams, by suggesting improvements to the tools based on own evaluations to achieve simplification from both process and user perspective..- Ensures a proper communication and updates on issues related to tools’ development and new functionalities.- Support the deployment of system/tool/process training.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s degree (AS or higher) in Majoring in Business, Finance or Engineering.- 2 years of experience in marketing and sales.- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.- Good knowledge of SAP and SalesForce.- With strong command of presentation & communication skills.- Knowledge of FP&A Programs.- Advanced English.**More about us**:
