**OPEN POSITION****Instrumentation and Control Engineer**Mexico City, Full time- Define Instrumentation and Control systems required for production facilities and infrastructure (including wells sea platforms, fluid gathering systems, oil, gas and water processing and production, dehydration, hydrocarbon dew point control, NGLs recovery, water intake and treatment facilities, product export pipelines and tank farms) to meet production targets.- Establish and Develop Project Design Basis relevant to discipline.- Develop and Finalize Instrumentation and Control engineering Scope of Work.- Preparation of Tender package Scope of Work and technical dossierDocuments, Clarifications to Bidders and Technical Bid Evaluations ofProposals.- Assist in Planning of Instrumentation and Control engineering Activities forFEED and EPC.- Participate in various project review meetings, safety and reliability studies including 3D Model and provide technical inputs.- Ensure Instrumentation and Control technical decisions meet schedule and intended objective of achieving targeted constructability, integrity, and safety.- Ensure the Contractor’s technical queries meet the Company’s requirements and closed in a timely manner.**Qualification Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control engineering, or equivalent, from recognized University (4-5 years terms)- Fluent in English Language- More than 6 years in I&C engineering experience.- Minimum Experience in Oil and Gas Industry - 6 years.- Experience in Green field and Brownfield design and Installations.- Microsoft Office.- Instrumentation and Control engineering Software INTOOLS- Auto Cad**Relevant professional experience**- Expertise in I&C design calculations and equipment selection.- Knowledge of Process and Commercial metering (Oil, Gas, Water, Flare, multiphase).- Knowledge of hydraulic control equipment.- Knowledge of International Codes and Standards (Applicable API, ASME, IEEE,IEC, NEC, NFPA, ISA, ITU etc.).- Knowledge of Performance monitoring of I&C equipment and packages.- Experience in the development of Technical Specifications and Equipment DataSheets.- Experience in Vendor proposal, Vendor technical clarifications and preparation of Technical Bid Evaluation reports.- Experience in HAZID/HAZOP/SIL/SRS and Constructability Reviews.- Experience in witness and approval of Factory Acceptance Testing.- Experience in witness and approval of Site Acceptance Testing.- Experience in Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up support- Sea platform experience is advantageous- Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
