We are seeking an **Americas Regional Controller** responsible for overseeing and managing financial operations across the region, ensuring compliance with corporate objectives, and reporting directly to the CFO based in China.- Responsibilities:_Financial Management: Oversee financial operations across the Americas, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.Budgeting & Strategic Planning: Develop and coordinate annual budgets and strategic plans aligned with global corporate goals.Management Control: Implement and monitor internal control systems to optimize financial and operational efficiency.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial operations comply with local and international regulations.Financial Analysis: Provide detailed financial performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.- Requirements:_Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial control in management roles in the automotive industry.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Language: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; Spanish and / or English is a plus.Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.- Job Offer:_Competitive salary and benefits package above market standards.Job location: Querétaro, México.
