**Compliance Analyst****Job ID**- **Posted**- 30-Apr-2025**Service line**- Corporate Segment**Role type**- Full-time**Areas of Interest**Legal**Location(s)**Ciudad De Mexico - Ciudad de Mexico - Mexico**About the Role**:- As a CBRE Compliance Analyst, you will support the implementation and sustainment of the corporate compliance program.- This job is part of the Legal Compliance job function. They are responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance that balances business and compliance solutions to inform the company of options and risks.**What You’ll Do**:- Perform KYC screenings and evaluations of findings to confirm compliance with all appropriate regulations, practices, and policies for initiatives, inspections, and training.- Use aggregate data to create a standard report of improvements and recommendations.- Identify and escalate potential risks in compliance with AML guidelines. Escalate as needed.- Assist the team with creating department policies, procedures, and audit requirements for a respective line of business.- Perform system assessments to confirm alignment with all appropriate regulations, practices, and policies for initiatives, inspections, and training.- Support the distribution of communication to raise awareness of topics critical to the organization.- Retrieve information from databases to provide information for investigations.- Communicate results and violations to management.- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.**What You’ll Need**:- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of 6 months of basic KYC screening experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.- Strong understanding of AML regulations and KYC processes.- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.- Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
