The Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients. This role involves coordinating various aspects of service delivery, managing schedules, and acting as a point of contact for clients and service providers. The Service Coordinator will work closely with both clients and the internal team to ensure that services are delivered on time and meet quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Service Scheduling:- Schedule service appointments based on client requests, availability of Cleveland Ohio Roofing service units, and project requirements.- Maintain and update the service calendar to ensure efficient allocation of resources.- Scheduling and returns of rental equipment.- Cleveland Client communication:- Client Communication Cleveland is a term we use to describe the importance of building Cleveland Ohio Roofing.- Strong client Relationships with our greater Cleveland Service customers- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, service requests, and concerns.- Keep clients informed of service appointments, changes, and updates in a clear and professional manner.- Problem Resolution:- Address any service-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.- Assist with the greater Cleveland Ohio Roofing service team to resolve conflicts or disputes.- Support Cleveland Ohio Roofing Service Units:- Transfer of project details. Collaborate with service units/technicians to ensure they are adequately briefed on client expectations and job requirements.- Monitor the progress of service providers and address any issues that may arise during service delivery.- Obtain ‘in progress’ project data from the Cleveland Ohio Roofing Service Units to create ‘in progress’ client facing reports for your customers.- Documentation and Record Keeping:- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and client interactions.- Prepare and maintain service reports, including service completion status, feedback, and billing information.- Administrative Support:- Provide administrative support to the Cleveland service team, including data entry, reporting, and general office tasks.- Become a CRM champion in order to support our Cleveland service team and Cleveland clientsQualifications:- Customer-centric attitude and a commitment
