**Main Responsibilities.**- Communicate with non-IT and IT specialists alike to ensure customer and service level standards are met.- Contribute to definition of training documentation and training plans.- Have a focus in IT solutions, aiming for quality and looking for first call solutions.- IT infrastructure support.- Participate in agreed infrastructure projects.**Qualifications.**- Previous experience in a service desk analyst role (aprox 1-2 years).- Prioritize and complete tasks.- Troubleshooting skills coupled with a "can do” attitude towards problem-solving.- Proficiency in English.- Experience in ERP systems desirable.Benefits included will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process, like medical benefits, life insurance and more.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way: We partner with customers to create mutual value.
