**Acerca de la posición**Buscamos un **Sales Manager** con experiência comercial en **agencias digitales, de publicidad o marketing digital**, especializado en la venta de **video advertising y estrategias de publicidad digital**. La persona ideal para este rol tiene habilidades sólidas de comunicación y negociación, un historial exitoso manejando **clientes AAA y agencias top**, y un profundo conocimiento del ecosistema digital.**Responsabilidades**- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas para expandir la cartera de clientes en **publicidad digital y video advertising**.- Gestionar relaciones comerciales con **agencias top y clientes AAA**, identificando oportunidades de negocio y crecimiento.- Vender **formatos de video advertising (Instream, Outstream, CTV)** con enfoque en **formatos de corta duración** como **TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts y Reels**.- Diseñar y presentar propuestas comerciales estratégicas, alineadas con las necesidades del cliente y basadas en **Google Ads, Meta Ads y TikTok Ads**.- Negociar acuerdos comerciales de alto impacto, asegurando la correcta implementación de campañas publicitarias.- Realizar **visitas presenciales a clientes** y mantener reuniones estratégicas para fortalecer relaciones comerciales.**Requisitos**- **Experiência comprobable en agencias digitales, de publicidad o marketing digital.**:- **Mínimo 5 años en ventas** dentro del sector digital, gestionando cuentas estratégicas.- **Experiência en venta de video advertising**, con especial foco en **formatos de corta duración** (TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts y Reels).- **Sólido conocimiento de estrategias de publicidad digital**, incluyendo **Google Ads, Meta Ads y TikTok Ads**.- Habilidades de **negociación, comunicación y desarrollo de relaciones comerciales** con **clientes AAA y agencias top**.- Capacidad de adaptación a un entorno dinámico y en constante evolución dentro del ecosistema digital.- **Disponibilidad para trabajar en esquema híbrido (2 días en oficina) y realizar visitas presenciales a clientes.****Beneficios**- **Esquema híbrido con base en CDMX** y flexibilidad para reuniones presenciales con clientes.- **Rango salarial competitivo y esquema de comisiones atractivo.**:- **Prestaciones de ley y beneficios adicionales.**:- **Ambiente dinámico, innovador y con oportunidades de crecimiento en la industria digital.**Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in 11850, San Miguel Chapultepec I Sección, CDMX
