Bay Property Management Group, LLC is seeking an experienced maintenance coordinator to join our growing team. This is a primarily customer-service oriented role and will require liaising with tenants, property owners, and other constituents.**About the Company**Bay Property Management Group (BMG) is one of the fastest growing and highly reviewed property management companies in the Mid-Atlantic. Come join our team and understand why a career in property management is right for you.**What You Do**- Handling maintenance issues and interacting with tenants, property owners and vendors- Creating work orders and following up to make sure repairs are done**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**- High school diploma- Impeccable customer service skills- Previous experience as a maintenance coordinator- Ability to read and write professionally in English- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel- Ability to read and create spreadsheets- Able to problem-solve independently and think quickly- Able to handle tense and emotional customers professionally- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision- Knowledge of basic home repair and maintenance issues, such as filter changes, appliances, seasonal cleaning, and other typical issues.- Ensuring that the property is in compliance with all state and local laws.- Approving and signing off on invoices via PandaDoc**Salary**:$10USD per hour**Schedule**- Monday -Friday- 7:30am - 4pm EST**Benefits**- 15 days of PTOPay: $193.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekApplication Question(s):- Are you 100% comfortable working remotely?- Is your resume submitted in English?
