Buscamos un experto en soporte tecnológico para unirse a nuestro equipo**Descripción de la PosiciónBrindarás **asistencia tecnológica especializada** a nuestros clientes (hoteles) en el uso y optimización de nuestros **Sistemas de Distribución Hotelera**. Tu rol principal es resolver problemas, atender dudas y asegurar el máximo rendimiento de los servicios para mantener la calidad que nos caracteriza.Actividades Clave- Atención al cliente **telefónica y gestión de tickets**.- Resolución de consultas/solicitudes relacionadas con la distribución y **conectividad hotelera**.- Manejo de **CRM** y seguimiento de cuentas clave.- Monitorización y gestión operativa diaria.Horario y Condiciones- **Días de trabajo**: Lunes a Sábado.- **Horario**: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a 17:30 hrs y Sábados de 8:00 a 13:30 hrs.- **Sueldo Mensual Bruto**:$24,500.00 MXN**:- **Contratación**: Prestaciones de Ley.- **Experiência Indispensable 1 año en HOTELERÍA, con foco en Reservaciones y Sistemas de Distribución.**:- **Habilidades Técnicas Conocimiento avanzado en CHANNEL MANAGER y LENGUAJE XML.**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Horarios flexibles- Uniformes gratuitosPregunta(s) de postulación:- Requisito vivir en Cancun ¿Cuanto tiempo de residencia tienes?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
