Do you want to empower people and families to support each other regardless of distance?Then join us Let's make this big world into SmallWorld.**IT Service Desk Analyst****Modality**:100% remote work**Location**:Tijuana, B.C**Key Responsibilities**:- Answer all incoming calls and creating a ticket by documenting the reported issue and all prominent details.- Respond to user requests and register them- Generate solutions for those problems reported by users- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks- Track tickets until they are resolved- Provide quality service to customers- Escalate service requests that require engineer level support.**Essential work skills**:- Minimum 1-year knowledge of IT expected and demonstrable- Strong analytical skills- Self-motivated and high level of enthusiasm- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal- Always deliver a high level of customer service- Be able to work independently as well as part of the team- Ability to pay close attention to detail while dealing with a robust flow of issues- Ability to articulate technical information clearly and simply to non-technical people- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.Schedule:- 35h a week- 12:00 am to 7:30am local time (could vary starting at 1am)- Shifts from Monday to Sunday (mainly Saturdays)Want to know more about us? #OurSmallWorld
