**We're hiring a Sr. Manager, Sales, and Marketing in Mexico**:**About this position**As the Sr. Manager, Sales & Marketing, Mexico, you will help lead the development, execution, and performance of all sales incentives, training, marketing, events, and communications for the Mexico market. You will partner with the Mexico GM to align with strategic goals for the market and relevant brand activations. This position will lead a Sales and Marketing team that focuses on business coaching, nurturing, and developing relationships in line with the One Plexus core value to exceed the service expectations of customers and Ambassadors and create initiatives to maximize retention and ROI.**Who will love this job?**- **A**s** **an advisor**,** you build rapport by offering strategic value in every interaction. You are trusted internally by cross-functional partners and externally by our customers for your strategic input.- **A** **people person,** you are a customer-focused individual with an ability to understand others.- **A** **talent steward,** you drive and optimize team performance, engagement and productivity by empowering and developing each individual within your team.**What you'll do**- You're responsible for partnering with the Mexico GM to develop and drive strategic direction and tactical execution of the Mexico market's annual growth and strategy plan. Growth plans include overall sales, customer acquisition (recruiting), rank advancements, and retention, as well as the outline of the main activities that will deliver targeted growth.- You partner with Customer service and data Analytics teams to develop specific reports, dashboards, and measurements for the market. Report progress regularly.- You evaluate, suggest, and implement changes and SOPs for sales processes that will facilitate the business of Independent Ambassadors and the consumer experiences.- You identify and implement promotions, incentives, events, activations, and business tools to help the Ambassadors improve their businesses and sustain their networks.- You influence and support ambassadors in their efforts to prospect and recruit to increase sales by suggesting implementing business strategies in alignment with the ambassador's needs and those of the Plexus market strategy.- You identify all areas/departments that need to be developed/created to better serve Independent Ambassadors.- You evaluate and propose ways to maximize resources.- You train and facilitate training and prospecting calls with ambassadors.- You review and provide recommendations to ensure the Sales and Marketing Department is multicultural and sensible when providing service and that procedures adapt to the market segment accordingly.- You are responsible for the planning, design, execution, and ROI of events.- You support all general Sales & Marketing and the company's operation expansion plans.**You should have**- You have a BA degree in the following areas: Administration, Psychology, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, or the equivalent number of years of experience.- You have five years of management experience in sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing (open to FMCG and MLM experiences).- You have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).- You have excellent problem-solving skills.- You have experience in process management and process design, custom to implement and track KPIs / OKR.- You understand multicultural sensitivity, as interacting with worldwide operations is required, ability to interact with different socioeconomic groups and cultures within the Mexican ecosystem.- You're self-motivated, organized, and able to motivate and influence easily.- You can maintain a positive attitude, handle problems, and establish rapport with advisors while maintaining professionalism.- You can adapt as the external environment and organization evolve.**About Plexus**Plexus Worldwide is a leading direct-sales company founded in Scottsdale, Arizona, where it remains a top employer and economic driver.
