This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.**Responsibilities**:Design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure.Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.Monitor network performance and security, implementing necessary adjustments and updates.Windows Support:Provide expert-level support for Windows operating systems.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows platforms.Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and workstations.IT Support:Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.Collaborate with end-users to provide technical assistance and training.Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.Collaboration:Work closely with other IT team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient IT environment.Collaborate with departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to IT support.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proficient in EnglishProven experience in managing IT systems, with a focus on networking and Windows support.Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security practices, and Windows operating systems.Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent are a plus.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractPay: $84.00 - $117.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per week**Experience**:- Remote Technical Support: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
