**Location**: Mexico**Salary**: based on experience**Contract**: freelance with future options to be hired with permanent contract.The Onboarding Consultant will work directly with a customer in a consulting fashion to determine, document and prepare the customer with their requirements analysis for the successful implementation of our Digital Solution. This role will work as part of the Onboarding team and share these responsibilities with the Project Manager, Integration and Configuration Specialists.**Responsibilities**This is a hands-on role requiring a highly self-motivated and solutions oriented individual.- Development of the relationship and engagement with the partners to educate and promote the features and benefits of being integrated to Mapal products for our mutual customers. Training, mentoring, and coaching.- Understand customers complex business requirements, communicate implementation approaches.- Be able to clearly articulate the solutions into business requirements- Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Lead the customer on the onboarding journey, managing expectations, risks and billable hours- Work closely with the Integrations & Configuration teams and Project Managers to meet deadlines- Provide sufficient guidance and documentation for seamless hand over to Success and Support**Qualities/Requirements**- Exceptionally strong organizational and time management skills- Experience working in the hospitality sector with a focus on bars/pubs, restaurants, or hotels.- Ability to identify problems and opportunities as well as offer or implement actions and solutions.- Proven ability to effectively manage work across teams and disciplines- An ability to influence others through effective communication and negotiations- Multi-lingual is an asset (English, Spanish)**Skills**- Project Management experience or certification desirable- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Excellent personal organization skills and attention to detail- Strong people skills.
