Your journey with **Sunwise **begins here.**Join us****Overview**As Bilingual Customer Experience Representative, we're expecting to ensuring the best experience for our customers. Your primary focus will be on delivering a consistent and high level of service, meeting revenue targets, and achieving call objectives.**Primary Responsabilities**- Receive incoming and outbound calls to customers.- Deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times.- Handle each call promptly and accurately, updating records accordingly.- Handling issues with diplomacy to avoid social media and other escalations.- Troubleshoots and problem solves customer issues or concerns by providing solutions, recommendations, replacements, gathering of sensitive information, and/or detailed product information with a sense of urgency while using a positive and empathic approach at all times.- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.**Qualifications**:- 2+ experience in a customer service or customer experience role.- Professional English domain (C1+)- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.- Time Management**Benefits**:- Christmas Bonus- Vacations- Mayor Medical Insurance- USA Federal Holidays- Grocery Vouchers**Workplace**:- On-site position- Enrique Gomez Carrillo #5612, Vallarta Universidad- Monday to Friday- 7:00 am to 4:00 pmTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $12,500.00 - $14,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
