We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers at every touchpoint. Your primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.**Qualifications**:- Previous experience in a customer service or customer experience role.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.- Time Management- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.- Hubspot Knowledge is a plus**Responsibilities**:- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.- Strive to exceed customer expectations and create memorable experiences.- Issue Resolution or complaints promptly and professionally.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quick and effective resolution of customer problems.- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.- Keep abreast of product updates, promotions, and industry trends.- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes based on customer insights.- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services based on customer needs.- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance existing processes and workflows to improve the overall customer experience.- Propose and implement initiatives to streamline customer support operations.**Additional information**:- Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm- Zona de trabajo: Juan palomar y Naciones UnidasTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $12,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Estacionamiento gratuito- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dentalPregunta(s) de postulación:- Dominas un 80% del inglés?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
