**Project** Description**:Data Center Operations and Migrations. This role will work closely with Customers, Sales, Hardware Procurement teams, Vendors, Finance, and other functional teams to lead the forecasting, sales, and order processing of computer hardware for data centers. This includes the creation and execution of new processes across the account as needed to improve customer satisfaction and enhance results for the business.**Responsibilities**:- Leads teams in effectively delivering strategic sourcing services across all categories of spend including servers, storage, switches, network devices, cables, and custom configurations.- Responsible for the monthly operational plan versus hardware sales plan including meetings related to hardware forecasts and financial projections.- Drives hardware sales process to support actions that meet and exceed objectives for on time delivery, planned vs. ordered sales, etc.- Facilitates process to ensure proactive communication and recommendations regarding significant current/potential supply performance problems to the appropriate stakeholders (including, but not limited to, schedule and availability).- Partners closely with key stakeholders internally and customers to validate forecast accuracy, provide input regarding delivery timelines and help to align financial and business plans with contract project plans.- Establishes clear process improvements and their tie to business revenue and profitability plans.- Serves as the account's point person on hardware financial projections, product availability, and delivery planning.- Responsible for the monthly and annual hardware forecast.- Optimize financial performance through collaboration, analysis, process improvement and strategy development- Integrate service lines and partner groups to maximize performance- Collaboratively resolve client business operations issues and manage escalations- Assistance to PRM Analyst (documentation and information needed in order to create the PO)- Conducts monthly forecast meetings:- Discusses any changes in plans on a monthly basis. o Adjusts forecasts as needed in partnership with the Sales, Operations, and Customers.- Keeps team members informed of fast/slow demand for items relative to forecast.- Creates presentations relating to the forecast and impacts on the forecast.**Skills**:Must have- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Servers, Microsoft PowerPoint, Switches- Strong technical proficiency in Servers, Switches, Storage, and their internal components- Detail oriented with a background in financial acumen.- Strong user proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Good interpersonal skills.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Must have the ability to problem solve and use judgment to make sound decisions.- Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.- Works both independently and as part of a team.- Sets priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.- Uses forecasting systems to develop strategic and tactical solutions.- Sound analytical and reasoning skills.- Assertive with the ability to manage multiple tasks.- Prioritizes and works well under pressure.Nice to have- Knowledge of Modernization Director would be a plus**Languages**:English: C2 Proficient**Seniority**:Senior**Relocation package**:If needed, we can help you with relocation process.Vacancy SpecializationSoftware - OtherRef NumberVR-95693
