**Job Summary**Responding directly to the Senior Planner, a Junior Planner will manage the SAP system to guarantee on-time product delivery to our clients.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of equipment (computers, printers, photocopiers, access control, conference equipment, monitoring equipment, etc.) of the company and guide users for their use.- Responsible for the installation of office computer operating systems and various office software in the company- Responsible for the stable operation of the company's network environment, monitoring and maintaining servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other equipment to ensure network security.- Help the IT department complete the deployment and implementation of network, servers, and other projects.- Responsible for the acquisition of information equipment and consumables of the company.- Responsible for the asset management of the company's information teams.**Skills**- Written and Oral communication abilities- Team player- Proactive**Requirements**:- Knowledge of computer software and hardware, and the ability to quickly judge software and hardware failures.- Proficient in installing and maintaining Windows, Mac, and other desktop operating systems.- +2 years of experience in desktop operation and maintenance, familiar with office software (office, pdf, antivirus software, etc.)- Strong professional knowledge of information management, proficiency in IT help desk network architecture, and other implementation plans- Conversational EnglishTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Servicio de comedor- Teléfono de la empresa- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
