La oportunidad El Head of Revenue será responsable de todo el ciclo de ingresos: adquisición de nuevos clientes, retención y expansión. Liderarás los equipos de Acquisition y Customer Success, construyendo un motor escalable que maximice el valor de por vida del cliente. Trabajarás de la mano con el CEO y el equipo ejecutivo para definir y ejecutar la estrategia de crecimiento de ingresos en México. Responsabilidades principales Definir y ejecutar el GTM para SMB, mid-market y enterprise. Gestionar al Head of Acquisition y al Manager de Customer Success, escalando la organización hacia Revenue Ops y Enterprise Growth. Cerrar cuentas estratégicas, liderar negociaciones complejas y garantizar la expansión post-venta. Mejorar NRR, reducir churn y acelerar renovaciones y cross-sell. Perfil ideal +5 años en liderazgo de revenue (ventas o customer success; idealmente ambos). Experiencia probada escalando ingresos y liderando ciclos de venta enterprise. Background en ecommerce, logística, SaaS o B2B. Liderazgo inspirador con foco en cultura y resultados. Español e inglés fluido; portugués es un plus. Qué ofrecemos Salario competitivo.
