Do you want to empower people and families to support each other regardless of distance?Then join us Let's make this big world into SmallWorld.**IT Service Desk Analyst****Modality**:hybrid**Location**:Tijuana, B.C**Key Responsibilities**:- To provide full IT support service to all employees and external customers who use our services or third parties.- Installation, configuration and support of different operating systems: Windows 10 Windows Server, Linux. IOS.- IT Local support assistance.- Remote support for certification and software installation for external customers of the company using programs like Desktop Central, ScreenConnect, F-Secure.**Essential work skills**:- Minimum 1-year knowledge of IT expected and demonstrable- Strong analytical skills- Self-motivated and high level of enthusiasm- Be able to work independently as well as part of the team- Ability to pay close attention to detail while dealing with a robust flow of issues- Ability to articulate technical information clearly and simply to non-technical people- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.- Team player- Fluent in EnglishSchedule:- Monday to Sunday (five days a week rotative) - starting at 08AM local time (TJ)Want to know more about us? #OurSmallWorldINDHP
