HSBC | Sales Manager/Cash Management

This role is in charge of c500 global names, covering c 5 RMs and managing cu$s 3M annually, with a pipeline of more than u$s 2M.
- Assisting in establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers.
- Assisting in the communication of new products, propositions, and relevant market information to customers.
- Proactively identifying sales opportunities and developing these opportunities.
- Supporting distribution channel business development strategies.
- Supporting plans and strategies to generate new business, as well as increasing revenue for existing ones, in order to achieve asset growth, sales, or revenue targets.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship managers and product specialists, to maximize cross-selling opportunities for the bank.
- Participating in events, initiatives, and activities to develop business opportunities.
- Protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews.
Requirements:
- Cash management products knowledge.
- Advanced English.
- Communication skills.
- Creating strong long-term relationships with clients and colleagues; 1 to 3 years of experience is preferable.
