As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a Clinical Trials Business Development Manager to join our team.**Responsibilities**:- **Client Relationship Management**:- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and research institutions.- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication.- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.- **Market Research**:- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, therapeutic areas, and emerging trends in the clinical trials landscape.- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay informed about opportunities and challenges.- Provide regular updates on market developments to the management team.- **Business Development**:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the clinical trials sector.- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and regulatory affairs, to ensure comprehensive client solutions.- **Proposal Development**:- Prepare and present high-quality proposals for clinical research studies.- Work closely with scientific and regulatory teams to align proposals with industry standards and client expectations.- Conduct presentations and address inquiries from clients during the proposal process.- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:- Meet and exceed sales targets for clinical trial services.- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.- Track and report sales performance to the management team.- **Networking**:- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote the company's clinical trial capabilities.- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.- 3-4 years of experience in clinical trials or a related field, with a focus on business development and sales.- In-depth knowledge of the clinical trial process, regulations, and industry best practices.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English & Spanish.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.Ofrecemos:- Sueldo competitivo en base experiência y aptitudes.- Prestaciones de Ley- Aprendizaje y Plan de Desarrollo- Programa de Salud Integral- Ubicación: San Pedro Garza GarcíaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoHorario:- Lunes a Viernes 8:30 am a 6:30 pm/ Sábados 9:00 am a 1:00 pmPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento gratuito- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Teléfono de la empresaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $19,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento gratuito- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
