We are looking for a driven B2B Account Executive with deep industry connections and a track record of success in both outbound and inbound sales within cryptocurrency, digital assets, or traditional financial markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, opening doors with key decision-makers, and navigating complex deal structures in a fast-moving, highly competitive industry.**Key Responsibilities**:- Drive new business acquisition through targeted outbound outreach and the conversion of qualified inbound leads- Leverage existing industry relationships to create new opportunities and expand Shift Markets’ client network- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing high-value contracts- Present Shift Markets’ full suite of products and services, tailoring solutions to client needs in both crypto and TradFi markets- Build a strong pipeline across institutional, broker, and exchange clients, maintaining accurate forecasts in the CRM- Represent Shift Markets at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen relationships and generate leads- Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sale support- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to position Shift Markets as a trusted partner**Qualifications**:- 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota- Established network of contacts in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or traditional financial services (capital markets, FX, brokerages, liquidity providers, etc.)- Expertise in outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and closing complex deals with institutional clients- Strong understanding of trading technology, liquidity solutions, and market infrastructure in crypto and/or TradFi- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a high-growth environment**What We Offer**:- Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions- Opportunity to work at the forefront of crypto and fintech innovation- Access to global markets and high-profile clients- Flexible work environment and travel opportunities to engage with clients and industry partners
