We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to lead growth efforts within our Viber community. This is a high-impact role focused on generating qualified leads, closing sales, and scaling revenue by converting engaged community members into loyal clients. The ideal candidate is fluent in Greek, based in Greece, with proven experience in cold calling, hard selling, and building client relationships in a digital environment. Responsibilities—what you'll do: Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up messages via Viber to engage new leads and convert interest into sales. Drive sales with a hard-selling approach where needed, while remaining respectful and customer‑centric. Qualify leads, handle objections, and close deals confidently and efficiently. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Monitor Viber group activity to identify warm leads, reach out proactively, and nurture them through the sales funnel. Build rapport with community members and create high-value interactions that lead to conversions. Curate and share success stories and testimonials to establish credibility and social proof. Explain the core value and benefits of our method clearly and persuasively. Guide potential clients through the decision-making process by answering concerns and aligning our solution to their goals. Provide responsive, professional follow-ups to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Partner with the team to implement growth initiatives that increase community engagement and drive sales. Use insights from conversations to refine sales messaging and suggest improvements to campaigns or content. Requirements: Fluent in Greek, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be available during Greece's working hours. 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or cold calling. Comfortable with a hard-sales approach while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Ability to grasp and convey the value of a premium, transformative method. Strong organizational skills and familiarity with messaging platforms like Viber. A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for building relationships and trust.
