  • OEC Group is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to join our Digital Sales team The position is based in Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico.
  • Candidates should have experience in cold calling and selling logistics services to prospective customers, quoting and encouraging customers to buy over the phone.
  • Applicants should be self-starters, detail-oriented, comfortable with tight deadlines , and able to work and communicate well with other team members.
  • Qualifies leads and solicits OEC Group’s services over the telephone by performing the following duties. Looking for candidates with a passion for sales over the phone and a drive to succeed. You will be responsible for providing information to prospective customers on the company's logistics/shipping services.

About the Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Soliciting OEC Group's services which include Ocean Import, Air Import, Ocean Export, Air Export, Distribution & Warehousing, LTL Transportation, and Cargo Insurance and Customs Brokerage.

· Calls prospective customers in designated market areas to qualify leads and explain the type of service offered.

· Quotes prices and encourages customers to buy.

· Develop lists of prospects from city and telephone directories, trade and professional association membership lists, and other public records.

· Prepares reports on sales activities.

· Developing relationships with customers and generating new business.

· Responsible for meeting the monthly quotas given by the Station Manager.

· Responsible for entering information about potential leads in the active CRM , Sugar.

Work Schedule

GDL Office 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Advanced English (B2 to C1)
  • Industry experience is preferred
  • CRM Management experience is a plus too
  • Looking for candidates with good follow-up abilities, strong organizational skills, and email communication skills.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience and/or training.
  • Highschool GED or certificate
