About the role: We are looking for a student who is eager to begin gaining professional experience across Business Development, Growth, and Marketing. This role is designed for someone who is curious, proactive, and interested in learning how numbers, data, and marketing strategies come together to support business growth. The intern will support day-to-day activities related to data organization, basic analysis, reporting, and marketing initiatives, while working closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams. This position offers hands-on exposure to a variety of tasks, making it ideal for someone looking to develop a broad foundation in analysis, strategy, and execution within a professional services environment. About your tasks and responsibilities: Clean, structure, and maintain databases and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and data quality. Support the execution of growth, outreach, and marketing-driven initiatives. Track, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics related to business development and growth. Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends. Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, data organization, and workflow efficiency. Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to support ongoing initiatives. Requirements: The candidate should be enrolled in Business Administration, Engineering or related programs, with at least one year remaining until graduation. Proficiency in English is mandatory for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent writing and storytelling skills. Proactive and eager to learn.
