Conocimiento de Sistema de Gestión Ambiental (SGA) e ISO 14001.

Seguimiento a programas de servicios (limpieza, fumigación, destrucción de papel confidencial, jardinería, limpieza de fachadas, etc.).

Atención y cierre de tickets de usuario (15 min).

Conocimiento en procedimientos seguridad e higiene uso de EPP, etc.

Conocimiento en procedimientos de limpieza y servicios generales.

Detectar las diferentes áreas de oportunidad y mejora continua.


Funciones y Responsabilidades

Recorridos de calidad para validar estado de instalaciones (conservación).

Recorridos para validar se realicen los procedimientos de todos los servicios.

Recorridos para validar servicios de calidad (limpieza, fumigación, jardinería, destrucción de papel confidencial, retiro de UHF, recargas odocontroles y LGS.

Seguimiento al llenado de bitácoras de sanitarios.

Seguimiento a atención y cierre de reportes Z1 (Limpieza y Conservación) (15 MIN).

Seguimiento a retiro de residuos de los niveles.

Seguimiento a revisión de bodegas de limpieza y proveedores para que se cumpla SGA.

Acercamiento a usuarios BBVA para su atención.

Seguimiento a asistencia de personal socios comerciales.

Entiende y aplica los conceptos de calidad en el servicio. Ya que deberá evaluar previamente los preparativos realizados para cada evento, y realizar auditorías en áreas de los altos niveles directivos.

Perfil Profesional (Aspectos Destacables)

Formación: Medio superior-Superior dentro del area de hoteleria y turismo.

Formación Complementaria/Certificaciones: conocimientos en procedimientos de limpieza, del sistema de gestión ambiental, seguridad industrial o normas laborales.

Experiencia (incluir años de experiencia): 3 años

Otros adicionales (idioma, habilidades, etc.): Ingles básico, manejo de paquetería office, manejo de personal.
