¿Cuál es el objetivo de este rol?Será el responsable de fortalecer la penetración en el mercado mexicano en base a las prospecciones realizadas, para ejecutar negociaciones que lleven al resultado de cierre de venta. Deberá incrementar la cartera de clientes en México con foco en empresas de Consumo Masivo, a través de venta consultiva.
– Liderazgo: debe ser capaz de motivar, inspirar y guiar a un equipo de ventas.
– Comunicación efectiva: debe ser capaz de comunicar de manera efectiva con clientes, prospectos y miembros del equipo.
– Relaciones interpersonales: debe ser capaz de establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes, prospectos y miembros del equipo.
– Resolución de problemas: debe ser capaz de identificar y resolver problemas de manera efectiva.
– Orientación a los resultados: debe ser capaz de establecer y alcanzar objetivos.
– Confección y validación de cartera de clientes foco para comenzar la prospección comercial.
– Desarrollo y ejecución de planes estratégicos para alcanzar los objetivos de venta.
– Creación y comunicación de metas de venta para mantener la información actualizada y fluida hacia el equipo de liderazgo de la empresa.
– Construye y mantiene relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes mientras se asocia con ellos para comprender mejor sus objetivos y necesidades comerciales.
– Entendimiento del negocio de sus clientes, para ofrecer la solución más adecuada para su necesidad.
– Comprender las tendencias y los panoramas específicos de la industria.
– Comunicar de manera efectiva propuestas de valor a través de presentaciones y propuestas comerciales.
– Cierre de ventas, acompañando al cliente al entregarlo al piloto con el área correspondiente y hasta que se pasa a contrato.
– Empuje comercial y hambre para concretar el cierre de negociaciones complejas.
– Excelente manejo de habilidades interpersonales y establecimiento de relaciones comerciales, a largo plazo.
– Experiencia en venta consultiva de servicios de tecnología.
– Que hayas vendido servicios de tecnología a clientes del área de consumo masivo / empresas de gran consumo, o retail.
– Que conozcas nuestros productos Teamcore.
