Estamos buscando a un profesional dinámico y con visión de crecimiento para unirse a un equipo de alto rendimiento como Director Comercial. Buscamos a alguien joven, con experiencia en gerencia senior o dirección comercial con un alto desempeño.

Como parte del equipo, serás responsable de liderar y expandir el negocio en todo el país, trabajando estrechamente con un equipo de gerentes regionales. Tu objetivo principal será atraer y reclutar a nuevos miembros para el equipo, así como aumentar las ventas y expandir a la empresa a nuevas regiones.

Requerimos a alguien con un perfil aspiracional, que tenga experiencia en consumo masivo y esté dispuesto a comprometerse con la marca. Debes ser un apasionado vendedor y estar dispuesto a salir al mercado y atraer a nuevos elementos al equipo. Valoramos la capacidad de generar resultados y el conocimiento profundo del negocio y del mercado.

Además, deberás tener habilidades avanzadas de comunicación y manejo de redes sociales, ya que serás responsable de establecer contacto con los vendedores a nivel nacional y crear estrategias para atraer nuevo talento. También deberás participar en eventos de la compañía y promocionarte en el mercado, fortaleciendo a la marca empleadora, con estrategias disruptivas.

Reportarás directamente a la Dirección General y trabajarás de cerca con el CEO global. Valoramos la honestidad, confiabilidad y resultados.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en dirección o gerencia senior de alto rendimiento en empresas de consumo masivo.
  • Inglés avanzado conversacional.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo amplio y generar resultados.
  • Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación y manejo de redes sociales.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar según sea necesario.
  • Apertura para trabajar en horario de 8 a 6pm, con disponibilidad total para contacto por redes y WhatsApp.
  • Se valorará el conocimiento profundo del mercado mexicano y la cultura cambiante del consumidor.
