Business Development Manager – LATAM (K–12 / EdTech) Location: Remote (based in LATAM) Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Salary & Benefits: Competitive base + uncapped commissions, company-provided equipment, occasional travel in LATAM & US About Remoto Workforce & the Role At Remoto Workforce , we connect top talent with innovative education programs across LATAM. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow enrollments and partnerships with K–12 schools. This role is hands-on and quota-carrying , focused on pipeline growth, consultative sales, and digital solutions commercialization. This role requires candidates who have completed their undergraduate or postgraduate studies in a recognized English-speaking country, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, or any other English-speaking country. You will work closely with internal teams and school partners to execute strategies, expand our regional presence, and ensure the success of our programs. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new opportunities with K–12 schools in LATAM (excluding Brazil). Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders, distributors, and educational partners. Manage full sales cycles: discovery, demos, proposal development, negotiation, and closure. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations, academic) to align offerings and drive enrollment. Track pipeline, maintain CRM accuracy, and report progress on leads, conversions, and forecasts. Participate in virtual meetings and occasional regional visits to ensure partner satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed. Assist senior leadership in achieving regional growth targets. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized English-speaking country (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, or any other English-speaking country). 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consultative sales , preferably in education, EdTech, or K–12 . Fluent in English and Spanish . Proven ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and pipeline management. Proactive, results-oriented, and solution-focused. Preferred Skills Experience selling to K–12 schools or international education institutions. Knowledge of EdTech platforms and digital learning solutions. Comfortable working across countries and cultures. Soft Skills / Work Style Strategic thinker with strong execution skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. High accountability and attention to detail. Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
