Join Our Team as an Internal Sales Executive (ISE)

As an Internal Sales Executive (ISE), you will play a crucial role in managing a set of assigned core accounts while also developing new ones. Your primary focus will be on exceeding both individual and team gross profit (GP) goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned core accounts and develop new ones to exceed individual and team gross profit (GP) goals.
  • Identify customer needs and apply the company's value proposition for sales growth and profitability.
  • Qualify opportunities and ensure supplier selection and pricing.
  • Take ownership of meeting customer delivery commitments and providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Independently set and negotiate product/service pricing and manage your territory.
  • Maintain and monitor metrics, collaborate with the team, and strive to achieve individual GP targets.

Requirements:

  • Passionate and results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic components and global electronics manufacturing industry.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
