We are looking for a Business Development Manager, (Business Integrated Offering, B2B Sales) 'The Business Development Manager – BIO (Business Integrated Offering) is responsible for driving integrated B2B business opportunities by combining the full Samsung portfolio across all business divisions. This role focuses on developing end-to-end, multi-product solutions tailored to complex B2B projects across multiple industries. The BIO Manager acts as a strategic orchestrator, identifying opportunities where multiple Samsung product categories—such as B2B monitors, HVAC, consumer and commercial TVs, audio & video solutions, home appliances, smartphones, and tablets—can be integrated into a value proposition. Identify and develop integrated B2B opportunities leveraging the complete Samsung portfolio across all business divisions. Lead multi-industry projects by designing end-to-end solutions that combine hardware, software, and services. Act as the point of coordination across internal Samsung divisions (Displays, CE, DA, MX, HVAC, Audio & Video, etc.) Engage with C-level executives, senior decision makers, and project owners to position Samsung as a strategic, long-term business partner. Drive new business development through a hunter mindset, from opportunity identification to deal structuring and closure. Build integrated solution proposals for industries such as corporate, education, hospitality, healthcare, retail, real estate, smart buildings, manufacturing, and public sector, others. Collaborate closely with sales, product management, pre-sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to deliver customized solutions. Work with strategic partners, system integrators, and channels to enable complex, multi-product deployments. Process and execute internal sales operation for the Won projects. 'Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. ~8+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or solution selling. ~ Proven experience managing complex, multi-product and multi-stakeholder projects. ~ Experience working across multiple business units or divisions within large organizations. ~ Demonstrated ability to engage and negotiate with C-level and senior executives. ~ Solid commercial acumen and structured deal management skills. ~ Fluent English (spoken and written). ~ Join a Global Team Our history is built on overcoming challenges and striving for excellence.
