This is a pure hunter role focused on building new US-based business from Mexico. This position is not suitable for account managers, farmers, or inbound-only sales profiles. About the Role This Business Development Manager role is focused on generating new business with US-based clients through outbound sales. The role requires building pipeline from scratch, developing outbound strategies, and closing new business for BPO services across industries such as Legal, Tech Support, and Healthcare. The ideal candidate has significant experience selling to US companies, a strong hunter profile, and a proven track record of closing new business through outbound prospecting. Responsibilities Build and own the outbound sales motion, including lead generation processes and SLAs. Create and manage outbound sequences using phone, email, and LinkedIn. Develop and manage ABM target account lists across multiple verticals. Hire, ramp, and coach BDRs through call reviews, roleplays, and objection handling. Track activity, quality, and pipeline metrics to drive consistent performance. Ensure compliance with outbound sales regulations and best practices. Collaborate with RevOps and leadership on pipeline management, late-stage deals, and proposals. Requirements 3–6+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or Business Development roles within B2B services or BPO environments. Proven experience developing outbound pipeline from scratch and closing new business. Experience selling to US-based companies is mandatory. Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound dialing tools. Fluent English and strong Spanish communication skills. Non-Negotiables Hunter profile only. No account managers, farmers, or inbound-only sales profiles. Candidates must be able to clearly articulate outbound sales metrics, including new business closed, deal size, and pipeline contribution.
