About the Role: Our client is a global leader and innovator in vacuum technology and overpressure solutions. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the commercial operations in Northern Mexico. This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing key industrial accounts, and leading a specialized technical sales team.
Execute the commercial strategy to expand market share within the Northern region.
Manage and develop relationships with Key Accounts across various industries (Automotive, Chemical, Food & Packaging).
Oversee the technical-commercial team to ensure targets are met through consultative selling.
Supervise the preparation of complex technical and economic proposals for engineering projects.
Report regional performance metrics directly to global corporate leadership.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales Management within the industrial sector (Vacuum pumps, compressors, or process equipment).
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
Skills: Expert in consultative sales, high-level negotiation, and CRM-based pipeline management.
Language: Fluent in English (Advanced level) for corporate reporting and international collaboration.
Based in Monterrey with availability for regional travel.
