The Role:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Trainee to help us keep track of our main business KPIs. Through weekly monitoring, constant analysis, transformation, and interpretation of datasets from various sources, you will give us the insights we need to make data-drive decisions. You will be the source of information for the Customer success team, which means that the information and insights that you provide will guide the strategies around Clip ME's experience.
To be successful in this position you need to be detailed oriented and extremely organized to always give order and structure to the data you will be working with. And you need to be a self-starter who can turn information into actionable projects that will improve our ME's experience. We are resilient in our attempts to improve our processes, if we fail, we go out there to find and try another solution, and so on until we find the right one.
What will I do:
- Weekly monitoring and delivering of business KPIs.
- Analyze small and big datasets from different data sources to turn info into insights and actions.
- Ability to analyze information from the most detailed input to the highest level possible.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret KPIs trends always looking to improve our business metrics.
- Generate insights to help improve the business and the day to day processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
- 0- 1 year of experience as a Customer Success Analyst or 1 year of relevant experience monitoring and analyzing business KPIs.
- Advanced (Microsoft) Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Advanced formulas, VBA, Macros, Forecasting, etc.)
- Basic Knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence tools.
- Basic Knowledge of Google sheets and the Google Workspace suite.
- Proactive and strong analytical skills to look over various sources of info to find tends and answers to business questions.
- Ability to identify opportunities and implement data-driven solutions, using the available info, always with a Customer Centric mindset.
- Top Notch Proactivity to find, not only opportunities, but also solutions to those opportunities.
- Business Intelligence skills to take info from various sources and turn it into insights and actions.
- Outstanding communication skills. You'll be working with and reporting to people with different backgrounds, you need to be able to communicate with all of them clearly and effectively.
- Mastery in any of the following tools will be considered a plus: Salesforce (reports and dashboards), Sisense, Snowflake.
