Business Strategy Director

Actively manage key projects related to operating model changes and ensure alignment with leaders and other stakeholders.
Steers the development and execution of regional strategies including M&A strategies and the identification of new business opportunities.
Support systematic prioritization and development of strategy and transformation roadmap within region.
General implementation (structuring, leading, driving) of new businesses like commercial sustainability, portfolio of initiatives and roadmap within the region.
Steers regional post merger integration (PMI).
Act as sparring partner to business on regional level.
Focus attention of regional leaders to what matters most and ensure deliverable- and execution-focused strategy implementation and project management.
Assess key execution risks, flag issues proactively and pre-emptively in region and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
