2. Dar seguimiento en el proceso implementación (validar check list, subir información a carpeta compartida y participar en la junta de implementación, alta de agente aduanal y asegurar el correcto Set up en sistema)
3. Realizar solicitud de reserva (Validación de guidelines, tarifas de compra y venta, vigencias de tarifa, proporcionar itinerarios,gestionar carta de intrucciones, crear Standard shipment, generar Consignment ID, generar ticket para solicitud de booking, cargar información en e-file)
4. Realizar solicitud de reserva a Carrier y/o oficina de origen (Casos de importación)
5. Coordinar el pesaje, ingreso de información en sistema y envÃo de información al carrier
6. Seguimiento y monitoreo de las operaciones a cargo
8. Ingresar Invoice Entry + Cost Entry + Confirm Expected GP en sistema a fin de asegurar la correcta provision de los servicios utilizados y Apoyar en las instrucciones y preparación de embarque
9. Realizar monitoreo de fecha de arribo y solicitud de liberación
10. EnvÃar documentación comercial , confirmación de booking y validar pedimento.
11. Atender los requerimientos y necesidades de los clientes asignados
12. Crear y mantener SOP y/o WI (Standard Operational Prodecure y/o Working Instructions) de las cuentas a cargo.
Your Skills and Experiences
Titulado (Negocios Internacionales , IngenierÃa Industrial, de Transporte o carrera afÃn)
Experiencia mÃnima de 2 años en un puesto similar
Experiencia en Freight Forwarder-Producto marÃtimo
Inglés avanzado
