Objetivo Principal Garantizar la retención de clientes a largo plazo, presentar información sobre los productos, abordar problemas con el cliente y colaborar con el equipo de ventas a ventas adicionales y renovaciones y recompras. Su objetivo es ayudar a los clientes a alcanzar el éxito. Responsabilidades Guía a nuestros clientes desde el momento previo a la compra de un producto hasta el soporte para su uso. Maneja y monitorea las estrategias de fidelización del cliente, de manera que quiera seguir consumiendo nuestros productos. Qué necesitas? Formación Académica: Licenciatura Administración de Empresas (Preferentemente). Trunco o terminado. Experiencia: 2 a 3 años en áreas de atención a clientes, customer, gestor de cuentas por cobrar, auxiliar de cuentas por cobrar. Manejo de Plataformas CRM y Software de comunicación. Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos. Gestión de proyectos. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Salario con base a competencias. Contrato 100 % nómina + prestaciones de ley + prestaciones superiores (bono por cumplimiento de objetivos, vales de despensa). Jornada laboral de lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 18:00 horas.
