Tu nueva ubicación será: Insurgentes Sur, CDMX.

Tu objetivo será: Asesorar de manera estrategia en materia de recursos humanos, a través de iniciativas que faciliten el logro de las metas del negocio para el área asignada.

Tus actividades abarcarán;

  • Desarrollar un unico canal de contacto con el área asignada, através de definir la estrategia de atención y seguimiento, con el objetivo de cumplir en tiempo y forma la atención al cliente.
  • Asegurar un asesoramiento y seguimiento en materia de recursos humanos, através de conocer la necesidad del área asignada, análisis de estructura y apertura de nuevas plazas, contratación de personal, gestión de desempeño y capacitación, con la finalidad de asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área y recursos humanos.
  • Asesorar estratégicamente a los clientes internos, a través de garantizar la implementación de iniciativas y proyectos de mejora continua, para dar cumplimiento a las metas planteadas.
  • Desarrollar los KPIS del área, a través de implementar indicadores de cobertura de vacantes, gestión de desempeño y capacitación, con la finalidad de facilitar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
