Are you an ambitious and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and the medical industry? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our start-up Medical Marketing Agency as a Sales Representative.

We are looking for a motivated individual to help us find leads, engage with doctors and clinic directors, and manage client accounts.

This is a commission-based position initially, with the potential for a base salary plus commission after two months. If you're ready to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth of a dynamic agency, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential leads in the medical sector, including doctors, medical practitioners, and clinic directors. Utilize various channels, such as online research, networking events, and industry publications, to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Zoom Meetings and Presentations: Schedule and conduct virtual meetings via Zoom or other platforms to introduce our medical marketing services to potential clients. Effectively communicate the value of our services and tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster longterm partnerships. Understand client objectives and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and tenacious approach to business development. Collaborate with the team to strategize and optimize sales techniques, ensuring continued growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry. Familiarity with medical marketing or related services is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to engage with potential clients confidently and professionally, both in writing and during virtual meetings.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. A resultsdriven mindset and the ability to work independently to achieve goals are essential.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, including Zoom, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • High level of selfmotivation, resilience, and adaptability. Our startup environment requires individuals who can thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic setting.

Compensation:

  • Commissionbased pay structure for the initial two months, allowing you to earn based on your performance and sales achievements.
