Responsabilidades:
- Coordinar actividades de contención a retros de cliente y problemas de garantías.
- Realizar auditorías a cumplimiento de actividades de contención.
- Cumplir con los tiempos establecidos para dar de alta la retroalimentación formal del cliente en el portal (según aplique).
- Cumplir con los requerimientos del cliente aplicables
- Análisis de muestras retornadas por garantias y sumision en el sistema en la fecha definida.
- Liderar, vivir e impulsar la cultura de calidad
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los controles através de análisis y/o revisión de riesgos.
- Revisión de controles de prevención, detección y uso de herramientas estadisticas de proceso.
- Implentar control estadístico de proceso en donde aplique y requerir estudios de CPk, PPk.
- Cumplir con normas IATF16949, ISO 9001, Requerimientos específicos de los clientes y EOS.
Habilidades requeridas:
- Experiência en calidad (mínimo 5 años)
- Carrera terminada
- Ingles avanzado
- Resolución de problemas y habilidades analíticas,3L,5 Why's, 8Ds. Conocimiento de Six Sigma Green Belt
- Req. Específicos del cliente, portales de cliente
- Planes de Control, PFMEA revisados y seguidos Garantizar la contención Seguimiento de las actividades según sea necesario.
- Garantizar el seguimiento de las acciones de contención.
- Garantizar el seguimiento del sistema de calidad.
- Garantizar el seguimiento del Sistema Ambiental, de Salud y Seguridad Garantizar el seguimiento de la auditoría interna del sistema.
- Garantizar el seguimiento de la auditoría de procesos.
- LPAs Garantizar el seguimiento de las acciones correctivas/preventivas.
