Manejar un portafolio de clientes para dar soporte al proceso de "Order to Cash" en la atención a nuestros clientes.

La principal función es el ingreso de órdenes de compra, seguimiento en el proceso de embarque, facturación y post venta entre otros procesos administrativos relacionados.

Su comunicación y la relación con nuestros clientes resulta clave en el exito de Elanco por lo que su atención y profesionalismo en el trato es indispensable para la posición.

Funciones:

  • Procesar ordenes de compra de nuestros clientes.
  • Dar soporte a los procesos administrativos entre Elanco y nuestros clientes incluyendo, facturación, logística, y atención post venta.
  • Dar atencion y apoyar en la resolución de diferencias con nuestros clientes.
  • Mantener una comunicación efectiva con el cliente y las áreas de Elanco involucradas en los proceso de venta y postventa.
  • Dar soporte al área comercial en la atención al cliente final.
  • Asegurar el correcto cumplimiento de los procesos internos definidos.

Calificaciones mínimas (educación, experiência y/o entrenamiento, certificaciones requeridas):

  • Licenciatura administrativa (Marketing, Administración, finanzas, Negocios) con 1-3 años de experiência en posiciones similares.
  • Experiência en atención a clientes
  • Experiência en proceso de venta y postventa en general
  • Inglés Intermedio (Deseado)
