¿Cuáles son las principales actividades?

  • Colaborar con HM para definir perfiles de puestos y publicar ofertas de trabajo.
  • Evaluar y seleccionar candidatos, coordinar entrevistas y gestionar el proceso de contratación.
  • Implementar estrategias de recursos humanos alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa.
  • Apoyar en la gestión del desempeño, desarrollo profesional y resolución de conflictos.
  • Facilitar la gestión del cambio y proporcionar asesoría en políticas de recursos humanos.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Excel intermedio.
  • Experiencia en reclutamiento y como HR Business Partner (1 año)
  • Manejo de ATS Greenhouse (deseable)
  • Uso de LinkedIn Recruiter y OCC
  • Inglés intermedio
