What to Expect
- The Regional Sales Trainer is responsible for providing onsite training for select locations within the Region to Tesla Advisors focused on sales skills, sales process, and customer experience to positively influence sales KPIs.
- The Regional Sales Trainer will report into the Regional Manager, and work closely with the L&D Team to achieve the company's objectives in line with the mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy.What You'll Do
- Partner with Territory Director, Regional Sales Managers, Sales Managers, and Training Team to identify training needs, codevelop location learning plans and recommendations in close partnership with the Training Team to ensure sites meet both readiness targets and associated business metrics
- Assess sales skills and techniques to provide onsite training and coaching to specific behaviors, influencing KPIs, provide coaching focused on our Tesla Sales process and systems to further effectiveness and efficiency
- Promote a customercentric experience, coaching to behaviors that lead to exceptional customer satisfaction, communicate and report on observed behaviors, coaching opportunities, and recommend best actions to the Training Team and Leadership Team
- Provide performance or onboarding support onsite as requested, maintain expert knowledge of the products, processes, and tools
- Coordination with leaders and Training partners
- Selfstarter who possesses exceptional time management skills and thrives working independently in a fastpaced environment. Ability to develop collaborative relationships, serving as a partner and consultant to regional leadership and staff and contributing to teams
- Strong knowledge and experience with our Tesla products, sales process, and systems, demonstrated ability to lead complex problemsolving activities and initiatives
