Senior Sales Manager - North America

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our market presence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in
the North American market.

  • Manage and expand the customer portfolio by identifying and securing new business
opportunities in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer goods

sectors.

  • Promote the business portfolio to clients within the assigned industries.
  • Provide technical support to clients as needed, demonstrating expertise in material
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across both markets to
ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing
campaigns and product launches.

  • Provide expert market insights to the executive team, contributing to the overall
strategic planning of the company.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements within the cosmetics,
pharmaceutical, and medical device industries across both countries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales role
within the cosmetic CPG, pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer goods

industries.

  • Proven track record of developing markets and achieving sales targets.
  • Extensive knowledge of the business landscapes in the United States and Mexico.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • This role requires frequent travel between the United States and Mexico.
