Objective
As a
Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects according to agreed deadlines. This includes coordinating internal resources and efforts of consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Main responsibilities / functions
As a
Project Coordinator, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities:

  • Own specific phases of a project reporting to the project manager.
  • Assist on maintaining accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status reports.
  • Proactively communicates the plan and accomplishments to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and control risks.
  • Assures quality of work delivered.
  • Learns from project retrospective and applies the learning for future projects.

Technical Requirements

  • Project Management Fundamentals
  • Project Management software experience
  • Strong knowledge Office 365

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience participating in projects.
  • Strong knowledge on Project Lifecycle.
  • Strong planning skills
  • Proven customer experience focus
  • Virtual presentation skills
  • Language skill: English, Full professional proficiency is a plus
