Local Purchasing Representative

También será responsable de la coordinación y aseguramiento de los procedimientos de compras NPM / Indirectas así como asegurar la entrega de los materiales y servicios.
Cumplimiento de los niveles de servicios a clientes internos.
- Responsable de los RFQ's, negociaciones y contratos de los requerimientos locales de NPM que estén fuera del alcance de los Shared Service Center (SSC).
- Responsable de los RFQ's, negociaciones y contratos de los requerimientos locales de NPM que estén fuera del alcance de los Category Managers/MGM.
- Responsable de los RFQ's, negociaciones y contratos de los requerimientos locales de NPM CAPEX, alineando la licitación con el Lead Buyer (LB).
- Coordinación de procesos de compras y aseguramiento de entrega de materiales y servicios de proveedores cumpliendo con la calidad y tiempos de entrega requeridos.
- Apoyar la producción en pedidos urgentes por averías en maquinaria.
- Preparar y ejecutar capacitaciones (PUR) para el usuario final/Cliente interno.
Mantener y mejorar los los procesos de compra.
- Archivar documentos en Easy Contract y/o SAP.
- Crear notas de entrega para el envío de devolución de material
- Ejecutar comparaciones de precio (Licitaciones).
- Soporte a Category Managers y Lead Buyer Freight/Capex.
- Asegurar el uso adecuado de todos los sistemas del departamento de Compras relevantes, como SAP / PUR / eCONN.
- Mantenimiento de base de datos de materiales (por ejemplo, refacciones NPM)
Nivel de Escolaridad:
- Ingeniería Industrial; Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, Negocios internacionales o afín.
Experiencia:
- 3 años en la industria automotriz. Con conocimiento en procesos productivos y administrativos.
- 2 años en Puesto Similar en el departamento de compras.
- 2 Años de manejo de SAP.
Competencias Técnicas:
- Ingles Avanzado Conversacional.
- Conocimiento avanzado en MS-Office skills, experiencia con SAP u otros ERP.
- Técnicas de negociación.
- Análisis de costos y mercados norteamericanos.
- Análisis de resoluciones de problemas PDCA.
Requisitos Adicionales:
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Pasaporte y VISA vigentes
