Key Responsibilities- Review and correct data for incorrectly processed transactions
- Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile and balance refunds for cancelled transactions
- Provide accurate information to customers about their transactions and resolve general queries
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Intermediate level of English proficiency, with the ability to communicate via telephone with clients
- Strong customer orientation skills and excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Attention to detail and a teamworking approach
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Competitive monthly salary of $16,000 gross for a medium level of English
