We are looking for a Vice President of Product to manage and lead our portfolio of products worldwide.
This leadership position's highest responsibility is to ensure MetaMap will grow it's product lines in a way that will increase defensibility and place the company as a clear industry leader.
You will be working with the rest of the senior leadership to ensure we can keep scaling MetaMap and build a borderless world.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees key projects, processes, and performance reports, data, and analysis.
- Build worldclass product teams successful at product discovery; having outcomebased roadmaps (not output).
- Lead company product development strategy in alignment with business goals, desired member experience, member feedback, and overall market opportunity to ensure industry leadership.
- Collaborate with members of the management team and members leaders to determine requirements and develop products that support strategic relationships and member needs. Provide direction to stakeholders and product managers.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of Products along with developing new products to add to the portfolio.
- Streamline and integrate processes and communication between Strategic Communications and Product in support of the company's product development direction, timelines, budgets and overall sales revenue objectives.
- Develop and recommend budgets to management; including staff utilization, technology, facility and equipment requirements and improvements.
- Manage a global staff to ensure skills, knowledge, and abilities meet the needs of the organization.
- Represent, advocate for and manage organization and product development goals through relationships with industry service providers, associations, and other resources.
- Align and implement products created through strategic relationships/partnerships with overarching company product strategic direction.
Skills & Experience
- 15 years of experience in product management & 5+ years experience in management with increasing leadership responsibilities.
- Ability to collaborate and develop organizational product strategy.
- Budget Management for a multimillion dollar department.
- Experience with product conception, launch, and roll out.
- Ability to manage a multicultural team and build a positive work culture.
- Experience managing a large organization people).
- Experience with scaling products to 200M in revenue.
- Fluent English skills.
