Somos una empresa en constante evolución que busca un Líder Servicial Transversal capaz de habilitar y acelerar el proceso de preparación para el lanzamiento (Ready To Sprint) como parte fundamental del Definition of Ready (DoR) para equipos altamente detallados en insumos.
Como Tech Solution, serás un facilitador técnico transversal, respaldando al Scrum Team a lo largo del ciclo de vida de las iniciativas.
Responsabilidades:
Gestión y Impulso del Definition of Ready para Equipos Ágiles:
Dirige y fomenta la implementación efectiva del Definition of Ready en equipos ágiles.
Administración de Tableros para Gestión de Proyectos:
Actúa como administrador experto en la gestión de tableros para proyectos, garantizando la visibilidad y la eficiencia en el progreso.
Facilitador entre el Technical Lead y Arquitecto de Solución:Desarrolla y fortalece la comunicación y colaboración entre el Technical Lead y el Arquitecto de Solución.
Habilitación de Insumos Multiplataforma:
Coordina la habilitación de equipos, servicios y procesos en diversas plataformas, asegurando una ejecución fluida.
Escalamiento de Dependencias Técnicas:
Identifica y gestiona dependencias técnicas críticas que impactan en el inicio de desarrollos, escalando eficientemente para minimizar obstáculos.
Asesoramiento al Equipo de Staffing sobre Perfiles Técnicos:
Proporciona asesoramiento valioso al equipo de staffing en relación con perfiles técnicos, incluyendo desarrollo (DEV) y pruebas (TES).
Habilidades:
Formación Técnica en Desarrollo de Software:
Posee una sólida formación técnica en el desarrollo de software.
Conocimiento de Diversas Arquitecturas y Procesos Tecnológicos:
Demuestra conocimiento profundo de diversas arquitecturas y procesos tecnológicos relevantes.
Homologación, Estandarización y Gobierno de Prácticas Tecnológicas:
Lidera la homologación y estandarización, aplicando un gobierno efectivo de prácticas tecnológicas.
Manejo de Riesgo y Equipos de Alto Desempeño:
Habilidad comprobada en la gestión de riesgos y en liderar equipos hacia un alto rendimiento.
